Psychiatry Fellowship Training Programs
The HMS Department of Psychiatry fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry provides clinical and educational experiences unique to each training site but draws upon the entire Harvard faculty for collaboration in education and research.
The philosophy of training emphasizes direct but well-supervised clinical experiences in Harvard-Affiliated Hospitals and recognizes the salience of developmental and psychodynamic theory which is enriched by a theoretical and scientifically grounded curriculum.
Anxiety Disorder Research Programs
The Anxiety Disorders Program has existed as a subspecialty clinic within the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry since 1978.
The program focuses on the psychobiological and treatment studies of Anxiety Disorders, and also study the general psychobiology of trauma, stress and anxiety as we seek to fully understand interactions between cognitive, emotional, and somatic processes as they shape human behavior and contribute to psychiatric disorders.
